The most bizarre part is that because of so many lakes, Bangalore is often referred to as the "city of lakes" as well.

Although all the thousand lakes are not operational till now because of the concrete jungle which has popped up, it remains a city with too many lakes.
The good part about these lakes is that people have loved the lakes till now and they often find some time to spend some time.
